Shipping timelines might be slightly delayed as logistics companies get their operations up and running again.

Where is your warehouse based?
Our warehouse is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We do not have any retail outlet, our presence is only online at the moment.
How long do you take to dispatch the products?
All jewellery products are dispatched from the warehouse within 24-48 hours.
All Marquee Lights are custom made and dispatched within 2 weeks.
Once dispatched, how long will you take to deliver my products?
Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 2-5 workings days (Monday - Friday) after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What are your shipping charges?
We charge a NON REFUNDABLE fee of Rs. 50/- for pre - paid orders. (Unless "free shipping on prepaid order"s promotion is running)
We charge a NON REFUNDABLE fee of Rs. 100/- for cash on delivery orders.
We charge a NON REFUNDABLE fee of Rs. 300/- for RUSH shipping.
What is Rush Shipping & how does it work?
Rush shipping is valid only for prepaid orders.
Orders placed before 12noon on any working day (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 12noon will be dispatched on the next business day (Monday - Friday).
Orders placed on Friday post 12 noon/Saturday/Sunday will only be dispatched on Monday.
We guarantee your order will be delivered to you within 2 days of dispatch.
Incase your order is not delivered within 2 days due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the full shipping fee, no questions asked.
What can I do if I have pre-paid for my order but I never receive it?
The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is canceled or lost in transit by us.
What does your packaging include?
We constantly strive to avoid generating waste by keeping our packaging to a minimum and using recycled material like jute and pre-processed cardboard.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes, we do offer gift wrapping. All you have to do is check the gift wrapping option in your cart.
We can add a personalised note card to your order as well - reach out to our chat agents to help you with this.
Incase you require additional gift boxes or require each product to be wrapped individually, please drop us a note while checking out.
I have already placed my order and I forgot to select the Gift Wrapping options, what can I do now?
